Exsan Red & White Pipe Jointing Compound is a premium-grade, non-hardening compound formulated to seal threaded joints in plumbing, compressed air, LPG, and water systems. It provides a leak-proof, pressure-resistant, and vibration-resistant seal, ensuring long-term reliability without hardening or cracking. Suitable for use with both hot and cold water systems, it ensures a durable and long-lasting seal. It is ideal for use on pipe diameters up to 25mm and with reinforcement fibre on pipework over 25mm.

1. Clean threads thoroughly.
2. Apply paste evenly on male threads.
3. Assemble joint and tighten as required.
4. Although immediate pressure testing is possible, for optimal results it is strongly recommended to allow a minimum resting period of 10–15 minutes after application before conducting pressure testing.

○ Store in tightly sealed containers in a cool, dry place
○ Shelf life: This product does not have a defined shelf life. Being formulated with linseed oil and non-drying castor oil–based components, a natural skin formation on the surface or slight separation may occur over a very long period of storage time. This does not affect product performance or safety. Simply remove the surface skin and mix well before use—the product remains perfectly safe and fully effective
